I was suffering from Diabetes since last 10 years and was on heavy dosage of Insulin. I got Bariatric (Obesity) Surgery (Gastric Bye pass) done on 28th December 2009 at Max Hospital from Dr. Chowbey. By the end of January 2010 my diabetes was completely controlled. Now my blood sugar levels are absolutely normal. I feel a lot more energetic and full of life and occasionally pamper myself with sweet things without affecting my blood sugar levels. I am very positive about it and recommend that this surgery certainly works for the control of diabetes.
